Myo Omaha provides comprehensive therapy services that lay the foundation for better breathing, sleep, speech, and eating. We help our clients achieve proper nose breathing, tongue posture, swallowing patterns, and speech sound accuracy.
We collaborate with doctors, dentists, and allied healthcare professionals to treat oral myofunctional disorders. Our advanced training in oral muscle anatomy, posture, and coordination allows us to identify and reduce the effects of tongue thrust, tongue ties, lip ties, and TMJ issues in the jaw. We use evidence-based approaches to improve nasal breathing, lip seal, oral motor skills, and swallowing patterns.
Beyond traditional speech therapy, we provide simple techniques that address each client’s oral structures and motor patterns. We combine our training in orofacial myology and Talk Tools to create tailored programs that result in impactful changes. We specialize in treating tongue thrust and articulation disorders to improve overall speech clarity.

I am a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience treating individuals of all ages in medical facilities, schools, and home health settings. I started Myo Omaha to make a real difference in my clients’ lives by addressing the root causes of their speech, breathing, and swallowing challenges. I have pursued years of specialized education and training to identify and remediate oral myofunctional disorders, and I am proud to provide my clients with a truly comprehensive therapy approach.
